The cure for man hands (that’s man-approved!)

I have clammy hands. They used to make me self-conscious and really nervous about shaking hands when meeting new people but I’ve come to really appreciate them, especially during the winter. I know I’m truly one of the lucky ones who can make it through the season without having to slather my hands in moisturizer to get rid of that annoying red and itchy dryness.

What do Cindy Crawford, Enrique Iglesias and Marilyn Monroe all have in common? If a new piece of research conducted by Kings College London is proven solid, the fact that they all have prominent “beauty marks” means that they all benefit for delayed signs of aging—on the inside and the outside. Love It or Loathe It: Kylie Minogue's Knit Turban?

Back in October we had a little chat about whether celebrities trying turbans on for size are making a bold fashion statement or just boldly screaming out for attention. Most of us seemed to agree that the style, whether a nod to disco-glam or an exotic nomadic lifestyle, is more of a hot mess than a hot look. A new incarnation put forth by Kylie Minogue, however, has me re-thinking my opinion on the matter…

Pyjama Sales Are On The Rise, But Who Out There Actually Wears Them?

Every year for as long as I can remember, my mother has given me a pair of pyjamas on Christmas Eve. Usually some incarnation of the holiday printed flannel variety, I obligingly wear them for Christmas morning and then relegate them to the PJ bin in the back of my closet. Since this tradition has been happening for quite a few years now, that bin is on the verge of overflowing and, therefore, items that I wear once a year (at best) are occupying valuable clothing real estate. Quite frankly, these babies have got to go…

Do You Agree With Vogue's "Best Dressed Woman Of The Decade"?

It’s that time of year again when the glossies start revealing who they have bestowed their glamorous honours, such as “best dressed woman of the year” upon. However, as this January first marks the dawning of a new decade (can you believe it’s 2011 already?) there are some serious style accolades to be doles out by the fashion press. Vogue is fairly widely regarded as the final word on such decisions, but I am not entirely sure I’m onboard with their selection for “Best Dressed of the Decade”. Care to wager a guess as to who it is? Find out after the jump…

Are Neckties On Ladies A Do Or A Don't?

Have you ever just fallen so head-over-heels for a certain look that you found yourself wearing slightly different variations of it over and over again? I’m pretty sure that is what has been going on with 90210 actress, Annalynne McCord lately, but her look du jour is a little quirkier than what we are used to from young Hollywood. See what I’m talking about after the jump.

Love It or Loathe It: Taylor Swift's New 'Do?

No stranger to the red carpet, Taylor Swift knows a thing or two about getting noticed. Unlike a lot of her celebrity peers, however, Miss Swift usually grabs attention for all the right reasons—no panty-free car exits or sex tapes hidden in this star's closet! Not a huge surprise then that at Sunday night's American Music Awards, it was the reveal of Swift's sleek and sophisticated new 'do that really stole the spotlight. Holy transformation Batman! Check her out and share your thoughts on Swift's new look after the jump.

Who Was The Best Dressed At CNN's Heroes Tribute?

There are some Hollywood events that you know the glitterati are going to pull out all the stylish stops for. On such occasions, ball gowns, serious trains and jewelry that come with its very own bodyguard, are to be expected. Then there are other events, like Saturday night’s CNN Heroes Tribute, where the caliber of the wardrobe choices is more unexpected. You wouldn’t necessarily anticipate the A-list pulling out the big guns for this type of event, but low and behold the stars were came out in full force. Check out their red carpet choices and sound off about who looked the best after the jump.

If You Wore A Trend The First Time, Can You Do It Again?

No doubt about it, What Not To Wear’s Stacy London is a style guru. She is quite literally changing the world one pair of mom jeans at a time. But while I adore London’s personal style (if I could raid a celebrity’s closet it would probably be hers) and agree with most of her style commandments, I am having an issue with a rule of thumb she put forward recently at one of her speaking engagements…
