@ dovergal - "police issues" lol! - no police issues here and I FAR from need help - but you are quite clearly a troll so I hold no interest in your opinion in me... read above dovergal - my issue is with ABUSE of authority, not authority, and I am roundly on the side of law and order.... but just because a cop tells you to sit down and shut up doesn't mean you have to. Everyone has the right to question the way a cop is dealing with a situation. Need I say the name Dziekanski? In the enquiry it was discovered that many members of the public came forward to express their concern for the way the police were treating the man... and what were they told - stay out of it or you'll be charged - Not saying that Reese Witherspoon's husband was being in any way mistreated, but saying that in Ms. Witherspoon's drunken state she wasn't exactly thinking clearly (who does) and she reacted with anger at what she PERCEIVED to be heavy-handed tactics by the police (no taser here - no suggestion of it, but the police aren't exactly gentle when they are arresting someone), and that she was anxious to make it known that she wasn't prepared to be the wallflower who stood by and let it happen. So don't tell me that I have issues dear, because I'm just expressing an alternative take to the media crucifiction that took place... oooooh excuuuuuse me for contravening your urge to further kick someone for behaving in the way that MANY people might behave. You are the one with issues if you feel the need to call me crazy for doing so!

Alice in actual fact I am PRO law and order, just not pro red-neck sheriffs...lol "obvious mistrust of any kind of authority"... yeah that's why I've been on a Town Council... and that's why I've been a police witness against various criminals in cases where I have reported crimes as in subpoenaed to court as a witness for the prosecution in REAL LIFE.... no Alice, I don't distrust authority - I dislike ABUSE of authority.... before you speak think Alice - did you actually listen to the tape rather than read the "media version".... don't believe everything you read dear... yes, she was drunk, and yes she did get it wrong, but I far from need help - I'm just capable of independant thought rather than buying the media "soundbite" garbage!
