Beyoncé Wows in Leather At the Super Bowl
Who run the world? Girls. Beyoncé absolutely owned the Superbowl halftime show in a black leather bodysuit. The Rubin Singer design let her bangin' body take centre stage with intricate paisley lace and a navel-deep v-neck. The long leather gloves were an obvious must and Proenza Schouler booties topped up the look, along with knee-high black socks.
Singer outfitted the entire onstage all-lady crew, including Beyoncé's long lost bandmate, Michelle Williams who - along with Kelly Rowland in custom Emilio Pucci - impactfully popped out of the stage floor. The reunion had been rumoured for weeks and in true Destiny's Child form, all three wore variations of the same look. Kelly's bodysuit was lace-less with a shallow V-neck, while Michelle went for a one-shoulder bodice and full skirt (she was always the most covered up, wasn't she?)
This 3-way black leather look was certainly a step up from the "Survivor" camouflage, but it was undoubtedly a throwback moment. And speaking of throw—have you ever seen anyone whip their hair back and forth the way Bey does? Her number one accessory, by far.
